Report and shame your bad boss

Shame the Boss is a project by InternationaI Union of Operating Engineeris (IUOE) Local 701. We represent over 3,900 heavy equipment and stationary engineers across Oregon and SW Washington. Our Bad Bosses List aims to shame employers who act poorly by mistreating their employees, breaking the law, or engaging in union-busting campaigns.

What we believe: All workers have a right to safe, dignified work and a living wage. When bosses in Oregon and Washington threaten those rights, we stand up and fight back. Whenever a boss is trying to cheat workers, we are there to hold them accountable and inform the public.

What you can do: Share the project with your community! Inform others about companies on the Bad Bosses List. If you're not in a union, organize to stop Bad Bosses in their tracks. Respect picket lines and boycotts!
